Having raised his family here in Waterford the past 20 years, John Paul is passionate about Waterford community development and quality of life. His actions over the years speak to this, aside from his many contributions to the Waterford community, John Paul has also served on the Waterford Youth Assistance Board, Waterford Library Board and Hess-Hathaway Park Committee. In his career as a Public Administrator, John Paul has written and overseen approximately 10 million dollars in grant monies. John Paul envisions opportunities to build upon our parks, create more sidewalks and outdoor activities throughout Waterford. Grants available through state, federal, and county dollars would allow Waterford to accent it’s many wonderful features to a higher level making it the premier place to live and raise property values.
